How billing works.

What happens right after I pay?

You get a Stripe receipt by email, and we follow up with a short onboarding note asking for your invoices and current rate schedule. Reports typically come back within a few business days.

How much of my time does it take?

Very little. Forwarding invoices is the only regular task you need to perform in order to receive your report. This can be done when it is convenient for you. We can also save you time by creating dispute letters (with our Recon+ package) and filing those letters (with our Audit+ package). You provide the contact info, we do the rest.

How am I charged?

A flat monthly rate through Stripe. No setup fee, and never a percentage or share of what a carrier credits back — what you recover stays yours.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Your access runs through the end of the current billing month, and you can cancel from the link in any Stripe receipt or by emailing support@kyndora.dev.

Is my card information safe?

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout — never on this site. We don't see or store your card number at any point.
