Kyndora builds practical digital tools for businesses. This page explains what we collect on this website (kyndora.dev), why, and the choices you have. It's written to be plain English, not legalese.

What we collect

• Freight audit requests. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, an approximate monthly freight spend range, and any message you write. This is processed by Formspree (our form provider) and emailed to us at support@kyndora.dev so we can reply to you.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people use this site — which pages are viewed, approximate city-level location, and device type. This uses cookies and is anonymous: we can't see who you are from it.
• We do not collect payment information, create accounts, require logins, or ask for anything unless you choose to submit the form.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry and to improve the site. We never rent, sell, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their marketing — full stop. Formspree and Google process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info

Kyndora does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have no data to sell and no interest in doing so. So there is no separate "sale" of your data to opt out of.

Email us to delete your data

If you submitted the form and want your details removed, email support@kyndora.dev with the subject line "Delete my data". We'll confirm and remove your information from our records within 30 days.

California residents

If you're in California, the CCPA/CPRA give you the right to know what personal information businesses hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of sales or sharing. Because we don't sell or share your data, there's nothing to opt out of there — but the analytics control above and the deletion option apply to everyone. If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
